The composer pill only shows the model and effort. I'd like to tap it and pick, sending the choice as the agent's own command (/model, /effort, /thinking).

One descriptor per agent (list command, switch template, effort levels) replaces per-agent code. Claude Code, pi and agy fit; Codex and OpenCode open pickers with no argument form, so they keep the read-only pill.

Adds GET /api/pane/models, a contract test and a demo answer. Screenshots in the PR. OK to build it this way?
