herdr clears done only when its own terminal focuses the pane, so a pane opened in the web UI stays Done until it works again.

The browser would tell the bridge when a pane is visible and focused (a viewing WS frame); only then does Done read Ready. herdr's own state is untouched. Attaching alone does not count, so a background tab never clears it.

Patch and contract test are ready. OK to open the PR?
