Change

Workspace rows get a grip on touch screens that drags them into order, and pressing and holding a row opens its menu. Mouse dragging is unchanged. A workspace moved down now lands after the row it is dropped on. After a hold, the browser's emulated mouse events are ignored so the menu stays open.

Validation

Contract test for the move index; unit tests for herdrIndex; touch check in ui-regression (hold, moving finger, grip drags). check fast green. Screenshot to attach.

Workspace rows get a grip on touch screens, and a hold opens the row's menu. A workspace moved down now lands after its drop target: herdr's index counts before removal. Adds a touch browser check.
